The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. She made sure we had a first floor room. The front door was locked when we checked in. I was told all hotels in the area locked their front doors. It was right by the mall. Not sure if it is a higher crime area. We felt reasonably safe. The parking area is very well lit.
