Can Emyla is a modern house with a minimalist style, located in a new area a few minutes from the new Nobu Hotel and Talamanca Beach. The house is newly built and has two floors plus a basement.
On the ground floor we find: hall,
living room, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with access to the terrace, kitchen with island, completely
equipped and direct access to the main terrace and laundry room with washing machine, dryer and access to the rear terrace.
On the first floor: a bathroom with shower, two exterior double bedrooms and one suite with balcony and bathroom with bathtub and double shower.
In the basement we find two warehouses and a complete gym with elliptical, treadmill, bike, dumbbells, rack, kettlebell...etc.
The house has an outdoor terrace with pool and relaxation area with sunbeds for 8 people and barbecue. Satellite TV and SONOS sound system.

Clean house with nice amenities

The house was very clean. When an issue with the pool was identified Laura quickly sent someone over and resolved the problem. She was very responsive to questions.

Really good we was a hen party b it we all said we would take our children there was extremely safe. Good seating areas outside. Good communication with Laura. Only thing was ants and we were cleanvyt I guess you get that anywhere. Would definitely go back

Modern new house not far from Ibiza town

Great new house located in the village of Jesus, not far from Ibiza Town. Beautifully presented and fitted with high tech features such as a sound system and electric controls throughout. Laura is a great host, very quick to respond to our questions and made some great suggestions for beach clubs and other family friendly venues. Would love to go back!
