Lovely looking hotel. Very clean and smells great. Beautiful pool area, great staff there. Can't fault the hotel it is great. The only thing for me was the location, we came to Ibiza to go to the 'big clubs' we did 6 nights here and 5 of them at the 'big clubs', they are all between 20-30 minutes away, each night it cost between £60 - £80 return in taxis. Next time we would stay in playa den Bosa. I woul

My room was not ready until 15;50. The receptionist apologised; however, we were left to wait almost an hour for a room, which was only given after me saying that if the one assigned to me is not ready, they have to give me another one. No one offered a free drink, food or anything in the meantime. We were just left alone waiting

Nice property with a stylish and unique atmosphere. However, staff could be more attentive. Small things were not making the stay perfect (e.g. room not ready at the confirmed standard time, no water filled up in the room, noise insulation from corridors could be improved).

Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising and requested either the room I paid for or compensation, I received a call less than 30 minutes later saying they suddenly had the correct room available. So apparently they weren't fully booked after all. The problems continued at checkout. I had already paid the fee for our third guest and left my credit card on file for room service, yet staff repeatedly told me those updates weren't in the system. I had to show receipts and explain everything again. Then they gave my friend a hard time checking out, even though I had already authorized my card for all remaining charges. The lack of communication between staff made every interaction more difficult than it needed to be. We came to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, but instead spent time dealing with issues that should never have happened. I won't be staying here again.
