It is an antique farmhouse with 7000m2 of land that was completely restored in 2014. The huge property with no other houses guarantees absolute privacy. Also, the entrance to the house closes with an automatic gate, so that no stranger can enter.
Your private swimming pool is in front of the house, surrounded by a high quality artificial lawn. To enjoy this area there are several sunbeds, tables and chairs and a chill-out area, as well as a shower. The grill is located under a covered porch, very spacious and with an outdoor table.
The house is equipped with all comforts and with stylish furniture. It has an alarm system, automatic shutters, Wifi internet, air conditioning and central heating.
On the beach Cala Vadella there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as a bus to other parts of the island.
