It has four double bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room. It has a large fully equipped kitchen where beautiful views can be seen through large windows. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.
It is located in the centre of Ibiza which is ideal for touring the island , very close to the towns of Santa Eulalia del Rio or Sant Joan. Benirras beach and Aguas Blancas beach are nearby. Good eating establishments are very close by like the restaurants Es Caliu, Ses Escoles and Es Pins.
