Sant Antoni de Portmany Holiday Packages

A fantastic holiday with our 1 year old. Massive sized rooms and hotel looks huge from the outside which worried us it could be busy but doesn’t feel that busy as rooms are so big. Great location walking distance from the marina with lots of restaurants, super markets and the beach. Staff were amazing and always welcoming in every department. Very family oriented hotel but not tacky like many other family hotels out there. Santa Eulàlia is a great location for families who want to avoid the party side of the island but still have a great atmosphere. Only downside is how expensive the food and drink is at the hotel. €6.50 for a bottle of water at the bar at night and €11.90 for a milkshake! I do expect to pay more on holiday but that seems excessive! We went to the supermarket for waters and other snacks in the end! All round though we loved it and wished we had stayed for longer.

Overall a good stay for price paid. Property was very clean. Rooms are somewhat updated. Comfortable bed. Basic but nice, updated gym. Breakfast was better than anticipated — well run, always clean tables, friendly cooks. The “free parking” is actually street parking, but there was always an open spot in the lot in front (which is public parking) or around the neighborhood, just have to look or be creative (there is no hotel parking). Entrance is confusing- main entrance in front facing harbor has no elevator, no ramps, and it’s up a few flights of stairs to get to lobby. Tiny broken sign says “R..tion” (reception with missing letters, truly sad and reflective of management), this is the front side with no elevator. Back entrance has zero signage, not even hotel name. (Park in back for checkin, if you can). Reception staff were very nice. Hotel could be so much better if the owners / management cared. Lots of wear and tear. Broken floor tiles throughout. Half of exterior and lobby looks slick (new), half looks run down (the front and the hallways and the room condition). or abandoned (lower front - taped up, abandoned restaurant signs).. Could use a refresh — could be much nicer with minimal investment.
