A charming and unique apartment located in the beautiful historic center a stone's throw from the Sanremo Casino.
The accommodation has a double bedroom divided from the living area by a partition, a bathroom, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen; flat-screen TV, WI-FI, washing machine, air conditioning and heating, as well as various kitchen utensils and appliances.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a historic building, with few but high steps.
At the entrance of the apartment we can find the living area which has a sofa bed and a TV through which you can enjoy a relaxing stay in the quiet historic center of Sanremo.
On the left, you can find the bathroom with shower and the double bedroom with a separate room; on the right, instead, you will find the kitchen.
The apartment is located 250 meters from the famous Sanremo Casino, just behind Via Matteotti, the street where most of the best shops are located. The accommodation is steps away from the beautiful beaches of the Riviera dei Fiori.
