Perfect 2-bedroom water front cottage with Boat docks, west side of Sandusky

The Portland cottage offers a true wildlife setting, while still being centrally located to everything. Only 10 - 15 minutes to cedar point, jet express, down town Sandusky, port Clinton, and Marblehead. This unique rental offers a big deck that over hangs the water, fishing, watching all the wild life, while soaking up the sun or use the pavilion for shade. Plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat or jet skis. Also there is a boat launch within walking distance of the cottage at Clemons Marina. We have a boat dock that you may use at your own risk, we will not be liable for any boats that you park at the dock. This dock is seasonal. We try and put it in by Memorial Day weekend and it comes out around the beginning of October.

House was beautiful! Spotless! Has a cozy feel. Loved the cute deck and it was so relaxing to sit and listen to the water! We stopped at Bay Bell's for breakfast and that was the best food I've had for breakfast!

Clean, calm, and exactly what we needed!This cottage was incredibly clean and well cared for. No dust, no weird smells, just a fresh space that felt safe to unwind in. Mornings on the dock with coffee and nights by the fire pit were exactly the reset we needed. We spent the days by the lake and actually rested for once. Checked out Rum Runners Cove Inn too - very nice people, good food, and delicious cocktails made it an easy day trip. If you need a breather, this cottage delivers. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend. We will be back!!
