While the room was terrific, our strongest impression was how lovely and accommodating all the staff was, from the front desk staff to the breakfast attendants and housekeeping staff. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was down. Part of the reason we booked this hotel for was the pool and hot tub. The staff was great and the breakfast was really good (as well as the coffee). Rooms were clean, beds were a little stiff. Overall not a bad stay. Still recommend due to staff and breakfast.
