Room was very dusty. Shower had hair and water marks from previous guests. Pool had no towels and overall not very clean. Staff was nice and breakfast was great.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. I'll start with the "Pros": this hotel was cheaper in price than surrounding options, the breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and staff tried to do their best. "Cons": Our biggest complaint is that much of the property smells pretty strongly of smoke. When we walked in, it smelled a good bit like pot, but just assumed another guest had personally smelled like it and walked by. To each their own. But, when we got to our room, I could still smell it but we were leaving for dinner, so I was hopeful it would be gone when we got back. But when we got back, not only was it not gone but it smelled even stronger bc it also smelled like cigarette smoke then. We went to the front desk, and she did give us another room (we noticed a written log that she was taking of rooms that needed switched out like ours, so this is apparently a systemic problem). Thankfully, the new room did not smell and we stayed there for the night. But little things were still dirty - like the bottom of the shower curtain being stained, for example. We won't stay here again.

The breakfast was great, with multiple good options. Our room, on the other hand, had multiple broken fixtures in the bathroom area. The filter trays in the A/C unit were on top of/outside the unit, and the painting in the bathroom was crooked. The hallways often smelled like weed as well.

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival at 8:30 pm. Had to check in with a virtual assistant as opposed to a person. Once in room, it was dated and not fully clean. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Room next door smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was okay, but some items were missing.

I absolutely love this hotel the quality of my stay was perfect the staff from the general manager to the front desk to the house keeping they are so friendly. I first came for work but literally enjoyed the stay so much I came back to bring my family to enjoy the experience the breakfast is always amazing pool is always warm it is clean and tidy I will definitely return for work as well as leisure through out the year definitely my hotel yet!!

The parking was great, the staff was so friendly! The lobby smelled so good, and was decorated for Halloween! The only problem I had but pushed through was the bed sheets were stained and the one was on inside out lol. A little dusty, but we were only there for one night so it was whatever!

Decent place

This hotel was okay. I’m surprised a bit at the high rating it has just because it seemed a little rough and worn down around the edges- the hallways etc. But we loved the Halloween decorations and the breakfast options were some of the best we’ve seen in a long time- so that was a plus! There is also a few restaurants and a little strip mall type thing in walking distance which is nice.

The room itself was pretty clean. Beds were clean, but pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom floor needed a deep clean. There were cobwebs up in a corner of the shower. Toilet would not flush when we arrived and a maintenance man had to fix. The hallway carpet needed vaccuumed and the elevator floor remained unmopped the two days we were there. The hallway smelled of Marijuana the entire stay. I asked for a room on the back side at check-in to avoid busy riad noise, but was told there were no rooms that were clean in the back side. This was at 3pm.
