Designed by a custom, professional builder -- this home was created with the finest materials and finishes -- yet has that warm and welcoming care that will make this your favorite place to stay! Located directly above Schweitzer Village, you'll ski in and out to the Basin Express chair or enjoy an easy walk to the Village itself. Every detail has been thought of to help create an exceptional ski vacation.



Arrive to a heated and clear driveway with an additional heated garage. A contemporary design welcomes you with maple floors throughout. This 3 story townhouse is thoughtfully designed to entertain family and friends of ALL ages. The top level of the home boasts a *spectacular* Great room with windows soaring 24', encapsulating the views of Schweitzer, Lake Pend Oreille, as well as the Cabinet and Selkirk mountains.



Relax in a massive, modern sectional while watching your favorite show on the 60" smart TV. Warm yourself next to the large, horizontal fireplace or just bask in this sun-filled room. The kitchen is exquisitely appointed and you'll enjoy hearty dinners made from this commercial-grade kitchen. A gorgeous bar and side seating, as well as 2 exterior decks (one with barbeque) complete this upper level. On the second level, rest and relaxation take place. The master bedroom suite has a King bed with views of the lake and mountains below. Check out the photos of the master bath - with huge shower and the most gorgeous bathtub we've seen!



Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a complete guest bathroom are dressed with luxury linens and views. TWO high capacity washers and dryers will quickly care for any laundry needs. The lower level has a fantastic 'Family' entertainment and sleeping area that may become the 'favorite' room in the house. 4 twin beds have created an 'L' shape for additional sleeping --kids, cousins, adults and grandkids will love it.



A built in entertainment system hosts a huge, smart TV with Playstation. Movies and games provided. A full bathroom is in suite. Private hot tub located on patio outside - perfect for soaking away the thrills and strains from being outside on the mountain all day. Fast internet, too, this home has everything you need!



*For summertime, this home has a mini-split air conditioning unit on the top floor only.  All bedrooms are located on the middle level and do not have air conditioning.

We stayed for a ski week and were definitely interested in the ski in/ski out feature and the location of the property. We were very happy with the communication prior to and during check in, the location, the accommodations, the fully stocked and new linens, kitchen amenities and equipment, boot dryer in the garage, hot tub, etc. I would book this property again without hesitation.

Schweitzer ski vacation

Great house and fantastic mountain location. I am giving this a 4-star rating because this is advertised as ski in/ski out, which it is not. You can ski in, but you need to walk down the road about 100 yards or so. This wasn't bad, but it was not what was expected upon reserving the vacation property.

The location was great, the kitchen was fully stocked, the reason I’m not giving a 5 star is there was no luggage rack or table for our bags and the master bed and 3rd bed were horrible…i felt as if we were sleeping on the floor. Everything else was great.

We had an amazing stay-y fortunately, it was foggy and we missed what would have been an amazing view of the lake. We have stayed in alot of rentals-and this was the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken while we were there/but the property managers did their best to make up for it.

Amazing Ski-in/Ski-out!

This place was amazing for our family vacation! Spent the day on the slopes and we were able to come in for lunch and relax in the hot tub in the evening! The home was so perfect for our large group and the kitchen was fabulous to cook in!
