This townhome has the most *spectacular* views of Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain. This is a ski home that people dream of building and staying in. This home was created with the finest materials and finishes -- yet has that warm and welcoming care that will make this your favorite place to stay! Includes a large & luxurious hot tub. Located directly above Schweitzer Village, you'll ski in and out to the Basin Express chair or enjoy an easy walk to the village itself. Every detail has been thought of to help create an exceptional ski vacation.



Arrive to a heated and clear driveway with an additional heated garage. A contemporary North Idaho design welcomes you with radiant heat wood floors and distinct, one of a kind touches throughout. This 3 story townhouse is thoughtfully designed to impressively entertain family and friends of all ages. The open floor top level of the home boasts a *spectacular* Great room with windows soaring 20' encapsulating the views of Schweitzer, Lake Pend Oreille, as well as the Cabinet and Selkirk mountains. Relax in the living area which has ample seating for all while watching your favorite show on the 65" smart TV. Warm yourself next to the large fireplace or just bask in this sun-filled room. The modern kitchen is completely appointed and you'll enjoy hearty dinners made from this commercial-grade kitchen. A gorgeous breakfast bar, large dining room table for 8 , as well as a furnished exterior balcony with a grill complete this upper level. On the second level, rest and relaxation take place. The master bedroom suite has a King bed with a large, luxurious en suite. Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a complete guest bathroom are dressed with luxury linens and views.



On the lower level there is a yoga room, along with plenty of storage for gear as well as an extra capacity washer and dryer which will quickly care for any laundry needs. We had a fun family vacation at this ski in/out location. Everything we needed for cooking was available in this well stocked home. This home was perfect for our stay! Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Schweitzer village, pet friendly and had everything we needed to be comfortable for a fun weekend. The bedrooms were a good size and the main living area was spacious. Every room had a view. Access to the village was within easy walking distance. The views left me speechless, it was absolutely beautiful . The condo far exceeded my expectations. It was luxury living in a beautiful setting. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The books and games were a nice feature and kept everyone entertained. DM Vacations was very easy to work with, the whole process was very smooth from beginning to end.
