Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. We were woken up at 7am because the whole ceiling of the outside corridor had collapsed and water was dripping everywhere. The room had not been propenly cleaned when we arrived. The walls of the room are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms.
