Characterized by the typical architectural style of the Costa Smeralda, Villa Flora is built and finished with materials of absolute value, such as Orosei marble, granite, wood, Spanish terracotta and wrought iron and, to make it more precious, peculiar stylistic details and a refined choice of furnishings.
The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden, enjoys a beautiful sea view, has a private swimming pool and a comfortable sunbathing area.
Internally, on the first floor, it consists of a bright living room with fireplace, an open kitchen with island and large dining table, a courtesy bathroom, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
