Fantastic sea views, great for small children and very new
We rented the whole place that is 2 flats one on top of the other. The top flat was fantastic - airy with a balcony we were able to dine on and amazing sea views. We were 5 adults & 2 children (ages 1 and 2). The walk to the beach took 5 minutes and it was a lovely small cove with shallow water.
The reasons for 4 stars not 5, are that the bottom flat was somewhat damp - it really was a bit like a cave. Also there was nothing in either flat in terms of cleaning stuff, no bin bags or dish cloths or salt which I found unusual for a holiday let.
We loved Sardinia and enjoyed San Teodoro and this little beach and would love to return.

Great location!
We spent a week in the villa and we can highly recommend it. Location provides privacy as well as good access to a beautiful beach, excellent for children. Owner/agency was very helpful, we had a really nice stay. San Teodoro is a short drive away and there is also a very good restaurant near by called Miriacheddu, you can drive there (3 minutes) or even walk there from villa. Villa have good equipment and stunning view. We want to thank for everything!
