The property was close to the downtown. The amenities in the room was perfect except the TV channels didn’t work too wellA carpet needed cleaning in the room. A dog was barking and I complained and no one did anything about it. I felt the lobby was a bit cluttered, and the pool wasn’t very clean!

I like this property, Hotel. My husband and I had a great time here we were able to swim in the pool and they allowed us to bring our granddaughters come swim as well. I like this Hotel because they allow pets I didn't bring any pets this time but I have brought them in the past. Only thing I did not like is there was not a guide for the television. We had to scroll through all the channels to find what we wanted to watch. Which was time consuming the end of an exhausting day.

I have never written a hotel review, but my first and only stay at the Oaks Hotel was terrible. Check-in was a nightmare - the first room i was assigned was dirty, the second room was still being cleaned and we finally got a clean and ready room on the third try. We were upgraded to a larger room which was nice, but the process took over 30-minutes. The place felt run-down: "out of order" signs throughout the building on vending machines, ice makers, washing machines, soda machines and a broken dryer with parts scattered in the parking lot walkway. Tree clippings left lying around made the place look messy. Staff weren't uniformed, so it was hard to tell employees from guests. For the price we paid, I expected far more. This hotel is a dump - I have put them "out of order" for my next planned trip.

Appreciated covered parking under solar panels during summer. Shower water pressure was great, but did not appreciate the shower spray out of the sink faucet. Water would spray all over me.

Absolutely 100% true that we were in walking distance of The Mid-state Fair. Appreciated the parking attendant, staff was friendly. Breakfast options were great, but I felt the cook was not happy, all in all we would define stay there again
