It was a 5 minute walk to the fair grounds,which was convenient since we left our car parked on hotel grounds. Breakfast had good choices and associate Jim attended us very well.

It was in an unsafe neighborhood with a large homeless population in parking lot and around hotel. The toilet did not flush appropriately , Everytime required to remove top of bowl to plug it to allow it to flush. The shower leaked to the point of outside the bathroom door causing me to slip and fall .The 2nd day there I bought a soda from the lobby & was charged an extra $100 dollars. , which I will not be getting back for 2 weeks per management . I would at this point would like a refund for my stay however that would not be honored either. DO NOT BOOK THERE!

great place, horrible bed.

everything was great except for the bed. the bed was so uncomfortable Im in a massive amount of pain still and my visit was 2 days ago. when I checked in I was supposed to receive a bottle of wine, and I didnt get it so I texted the front desk which was what they said to do "if I needed anything else", asked for the wne and a sheet for the fold out sofa bed, no one answered for 3+ hours then my husband went to get them. pool was cold but good. hot tub was great. free breakfast was great. staff was nice.
