The bathroom had a heavy smell of mold. When they cleaned our room they took towels and didn't replace them. When we requested towels we could only get 2 because they didn't have any others available. We were promised to 2 more towels but after a few hours we had to call the front desk and inquire about them.

Kim at the front desk is A-mazing! She was remembering guests by their name and my friend and I were only there for a day. Super polite greeted everyone. The hot breakfast was decent. The beds and pillows need an update as they are definitely old; otherwise, amazing.
