The hotel is a beautiful place with many small details. There are fireplaces, a pool, table tents, chess sets, and more. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Feeding the alpacas was a highlight of our stay.

- I am not comfortable with the feeling of the Zipper Tab on the pillows. - There is no lock on the bathroom siding door, and it's not well aligned, so I always catch my fingers closing it! - There is no courtesy facial tissue on the study table - Shower has no privacy, like a shower curtain, so others can use the sinks or toilet while someone is in the shower! - I was so disturbed when retrieving my valleted vehicle. The stirring well is sticky, and so is the passenger grab rail. Worst, my passenger seat is adjusted backward and slanted to a lying position! It looks like someone was sleeping or resting in my car. Very disturbing! -

This place was great. There were many thoughtful, helpful touches, like extra towels in the hallway and beautiful art pieces. I loved the warm pool, too. My one huge complaint is calling Reservations. Just don't do it. I was put on hold for a very long time three times. I finally gave up.
