I was very impressed with this resort. The staff, especially Alicia, welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I made a special request to the staff to surprise my wife upon our arrival, and the flowers, balloons, chocolates, and other items they provided exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend this resort to anyone. I would give this resort 100 stars if I could, and I will definitely return.

The room was not too bad, had a few issues, one with missing towels, the pillows were very uncomfortable, missing batteries from the TV remote, no soap in sink dispenser, lower shower water pressure, the room just needed some TLC, but otherwise we enjoyed ourselves.
