Staff was great and the property was really taken care of. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. We had our dog traveling with us and the grass area surrounding the parking lot had plenty of trash cans and dog waste bags for anyone that did not have them. I will defiantly be staying there again. Thank you for a great experience.

My room was recently remodled..very clean a Beautiful. The only complaint I have is it smelled of new materials..such as glue or remodeling smells..I have ashtma so was alittle difficult to breathe.

We were given a room with a connecting door to another room. BAD! The people next door were VERY loud and stayed up late. The sound comes right thru the connecting doors via a gap at the floor and the other edges. It seems you have NO sound-proofing around the connecting doors. This is a BIG problem for you that needs to be corrected. Also, put up at least one towel bar in the bathroom.

It is always clean and I love the local art on the walls. It sits next to a busy road and you can hear the traffic. That is the only thing negative I have to say

Our room had so many dumb design issues it was surprising. Barn door on a bathroom is dumb. I don't need to hear or smell what takes place therein. And no fan. The whirlpool tub has 15 or 18 inches of shelf around it, making it VERY hard to get into, and I'm tall. No light above shower, so really kinda dark with shower curtain drawn. No central light, just lamps at the corners. And the room was COLD! Even with the extremely loud heater. -- Finally, the cushioned chair was broken. Hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't retrieve one from another room. And why have just a single person seat in such a big room. Why not a couch? More than adequate space. Either sit in bed or a small, low, single person chair and a GIANT ottoman. -- So, to recap, LOTS and LOTS of really poor design issues. It's like the designers have never actually stayed in the room or spoken with independent visitors to analyze feedback.
