The room smelled terrible. There was a hair in the shower. There was what appeared to be spit or some other bodily fluid on the table and the curtain. Asked front desk for a new room. They wanted to know if the bathroom was used and because it was, they couldn't provide a new room because they had no maid service. Had to find a different hotel and Siri has not responded for a refund request.

I have stayed here twice. Overall the hotel is fine, but the 2 times I have stayed we had some minor issues that did not get resolved. First time there was no coffee maker in the room. When we went to the desk, they provided a coffee maker, but it was non-operational. Second time there were no coffee pods in the room. I went multiple times to the desk, during the posted office hours and there was no staff attending the desk.

Looked and felt new in August 2025. They asked for a $200 cash deposit at check-in?! which I declined to provide. They instead saved our card for incidentals. Private balcony on each room, which was unique.

Room was very nice and bed is super comfortable. It's nice place to stay but once people start getting up in the morning you know it lol. Doors slamming and peoples voices get you up starting around 630. Other than that it was a nice place

We were called at 3:40 (check in at 3) to see if we would still be coming. Odd. Our balcony door didn’t lock. The electric outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. There was no coffee maker in the room (one was brought up after we called) the second day we had to search for a housekeeping cart to replenish the coffee pods. We had to keep the door closed because of smokers on the balcony next door. The shower curtain was short, so water got onto the floor. Any one or 2 of these things would not have been an issue. Together I would not recommend staying here.

The property was clean and updated. Very flexible and gave upgrade as well. Loved the blackout curtains in the room. Great location , close to breakfast spots, downtown and short uber to tincity and firestone. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Feeling appreciation towards your wonderful staff!

Accommodated my late-night check-in. Also, since he remembered me from previous stays, he was not worried about the incidentals deposit. This was a breath of freshair knowing what I have done in the past to help even in the slightest, was not overlooked! I always leave the room ready to just come in and clean up quickly... It's no doubt a big help when you have a full hotel to clean up that day! Glad he recognized that by waiting the deposit and leaving keys hidden for me to get when I arrived. Siri staff you are amazing and don't work too hard! You have impressed and gained another loyal guest!
