The hotel was fine , it was your company. When I booked the room on your Expedia website, it stated that I could pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that my credit card was already charged and I could not pay with a different card Or cash. I had to speak to someone from your company and they were no health at all. I will not be using Expedia any longer. Do not put on your reservations that you can pay when you show up to the hotel when it’s not true.

Everything went well from check in to check out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. Minor dislike was the bed was situated at a 90 degree angle to the TV causing you to turn your head to one side to watch even with rotating the wall Mount. Other issue was no oatmeal for breakfast and card reader broken both mornings we were there.

Overall everything was great except for the pillows and bed. Not a comfortable sleep on any night. Perhaps some memory foam pillows or mattress cover with padding can be considered in next upgrade.

The property was recently renovated with a nice upscale interior design. The property and rooms are very clean and has a pool, and good amentities. It is centrally located in Paso Robles and a good value.
