The hotel was fine , it was your company. When I booked the room on your Expedia website, it stated that I could pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that my credit card was already charged and I could not pay with a different card Or cash. I had to speak to someone from your company and they were no health at all. I will not be using Expedia any longer. Do not put on your reservations that you can pay when you show up to the hotel when it’s not true.
