Fabulous location, literally 5 minutes to DT Paso. Easy check in, great communication. Lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood with a family of deer stopping in to say hi. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable too. Lots of towels, blankets.

Small fenced side yard. Backyard was not fenced. It would be nice if the backyard was fenced we had to hand out in the small side yard due to it being the only area that had a fence. Very cool historic house and great location.

Charming vintage home downtown Paso Robles was a great place for our visit to California. The home provided a great place for my father to stay to with me during our visit to Paso Robles. The home had everything to let us sit out in the yard, space for my family to visit, bbq in the back yard, close walking distance to downtown. I would highly recommend this place.

We spent a couple of days here while we did the wine-tasting thing and Sensorio. It was a beautiful place to spend time with friends and everything was 10 minutes away.

Charming older home in need of some TLC

It's a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, featuring adorable furniture, a great kitchen, and a huge, bright dining room that's to die for.The back garden has potential but is pretty neglected and not usable. You can tell some parts of the house have been modernized and others have not. The downstairs tub is badly in need of repair/replacement. It was pretty shabby. And, the water pressure downstairs is nonexistent. I felt like I was in a youth hostel in Eastern Europe.The walk into town is farther than you think it will be. There are schools between the house and the town square, which require maneuvering around. Also, it's not advertised that the owners live right next door, which could be a dealbreaker for some, so be aware.Cleanliness was not 100%. There were hairs in the bathroom that were not mine, and the wine glasses and coffee mugs were dusty. I needed to wash them before using them.On the plus side, the beds were insanely comfortable. We slept like babies. And, it's so true about the deer. You see them outside ALL the time. It was adorable. It's serviceable for a short stay but nothing luxurious. With a little time, effort, and money it could be amazing.
