I had specifically asked for a handicap parking space since my daughter has a cast. Since it was halloween the hotel was packed with cars that I am sure did not belong to hotel guests. When I asked for help, no one seemed to care. The parking lot in the back did not feel safe at all. Breakfast areas was dirty, not much variety. If all you need is a bed to crash in and out this hotel is ok, but if you expect anything else, I feel this is not up to Marriott standards.

It's new, the personal are very professional and friendly. The directions from the expediaapp where wrong so we had to drive like 30 minutes back, and i personaly think if you advertise with airportshuttle included, it should be included at any time, ( you shouldnot have to go seach within the advertising if it is really true) not just bussinesshours, I booked the hotel for the shuttle and ended up paying quite a lot for transportation. It felt a bit misleading.

Arrived late and staff seemed tired and unhappy, checked me in and not a hello, how are you?? Nothing…..same in the morning, no fildance as to where breakfast was and no staff to be found anywhere Room was great! Hot water, clean and very comfortable
