Problem with a toilet and room not done when we came back at 6pm. Problem with water leakage from the ceiling in our second room. Staff was very helpful the second time.

This hotel was great. We only stayed one night before we had to fly home. It’s close to the airport (far enough you don’t hear planes). It’s very luxurious feeling. The interior design is beautiful. Front desk staff made check in and out easy. We went to use the beautiful pool and there were no towels and the one girl working only spoke Spanish. This seemed odd considering there’s a restaurant up there so I don’t know how people were ordering food but overall we really liked the hotel. It isn’t in an area you’d stay long , they should open one in Manuel Antonio or another area people spend more time.

Great hotel! Very clean and on the newer side. Had a corner room on the 4th floor with a great mountain view and lots of windows. It was walking distance to a covered food truck lot, starbucks, convenient store, bakery, Italian restaurant, bakery and salon! It was a 3.5 hour to La Fortuna and Jaco but would definitely stay here again!!

We were delayed about 40 minutes checking in. 4:40 instead of 4:00. Long wait having arrived at 12:30. Lunch at the food trucks is fun. Not recommending the Italian restaurant by hotel. Rooms are fine. Very close to airport.
