Walk to dinner with waterfront gourmet dining just steps away. All this with central access to all three bridges, freeways and international airports (SFO 10 miles away). You wouldn't find a better value, or convenience, to a resort type stay. The townhouse style condo has two floors, with high ceilings, freshly painted and updated with natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and custom touches throughout. Carport parking is just outside, in a very comfortable neighborhood, with many paddle-boarding and canoeing from one of the two boat-docks on the property.
