This spot was well kept inside. The only down part was that after the clubs/bars were closing you heard a lot of noises when the employees were cleaning up. The nice things is that they had earplugs on the nightstand if anyone needed them.

The place was very clean, decent. The reviews I've read said it is noisy. That is very true. Not only is it noisy, it rumbles, and you could feel it. You are in the middle of late music tell 2am.

Great space and location for the value. Amenities in the room were very helpful. The neighborhood is a bit noisy but ear plugs were provided which was a nice touch.

Fantastic stay at Kasa! The room was spotless and very modern. You really can’t beat the location—it’s smack in the middle of the Gaslamp Quarter, so everything is walkable. It’s also surprisingly affordable for such a prime area. Highly recommend if you want to be where the action is!

It was hard to get connected for extra service like towels. The floors were constantly sticky in the outer hallways, so we had to constantly wipe our shoes down to prevent the stickiness from getting in our unit.

The elevator entryway was not very appealing, and there were occasional mini roaches. Other than that, the room itself was larger than I expected. We paid a premium due to the Comic-Con convention and multiple concerts in the area the same week. Conveniently located in Gaslamp. Parking is tricky to navigate so read the signs if you park on the streets! I paid $10 per hour after 3 pm. Structures don't allow in-and-outs.
