This newly remodeled, one-story home in a quiet Bay Park neighborhood, is the perfect home base for exploring all that San Diego has to offer. In the evenings, relax on the back deck and enjoy sunset views over Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Mount Soledad, La Jolla and the Pacific Ocean. The views can be enjoyed throughout the home from the large windows that can be opened to enjoy a pleasant ocean breeze. The home has a comfortable modern beach vibe with high end furnishings from West Elm, CB2, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, Scandinavian Designs and Living Spaces. The living room has a custom made, down stuffed, large sectional couch with linen fabric. It is so heavenly to sink into and relax. The living room also has a large picture window w/a custom motorized shade to open to enjoy the view and easy close for your privacy.

Kitchen:
A well stocked chef's kitchen with brand new Samsung appliances, Ninja Air-Fryer, chefs Knife Block, and Caphalon pots and pans. Enjoy amazing bay and ocean views from multiple rooms as well as the back deck.

Back Yard:
The back deck has a lounge area with great views, lush plants, (the owner is a chef and most plants are edible herbs. A “chefs garden”, he even planted a “mojito pot”, with key limes and mint). There is a nice new grill. A lower tier features a large artificial grass area with 2 sun loungers, umbrella and cocktail table, as well as a 6 person dining for al fresco dining. Below the deck is a concrete covered patio with access to a storage box with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, and beach toys. Off the master bedroom is a secluded succulent garden with two lounge chairs and small table.

Location and Parking:
Conveniently located just off the I-5 and less than a quarter mile from the Balboa Trolly Station. Only 1 mile to Mission Bay, and 2 miles to the beach in PB. There are two parking spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

We had an incredible stay at this home in San Diego. It’s like she’s thought of everything you’d need at the home. Super clean, really cute, comfortable beds. 10/10 would recommend. Location was ideal for all our family stuff for our spring break. We look forward to the next time we can stay here!

The best outdoor space in San Diego. I've rented many different homes in San Diego, and this was one of my favorites. The host was so thoughtful with communication and extras in the home, the home itself is very clean, and the outdoor space was gorgeous and had views of the water. The kitchen is well equipped. Washer/Dryer on site. Parking is provided. The location isn't within walking distance to much, but it is a quick drive to anywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

This house was a wonderful home base for our trip to San Diego. The host was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. The great location made it easy to get everywhere. The beds were soooo comfortable. And the outdoor area was a lovely extra space to enjoy in the evening after our kids went to bed. I also really appreciated that they provided a pack-n-play so we had one less thing to lug during our travels. Highly recommend you pick this home for your next visit!

Exquisite newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in a great location close to the beaches, entertainment venues and restaurants in San Diego. Wonderful home, comfortable stay

5 stars all around with this stay, from comfort, location, communication, and overall enjoyment in being able to relax and unwind. This is our second stay at this home and hopefully will not be our last. Very easy to walk or drive to the trolley station and head to multiple venues in San Diego without worrying about driving. Easy access to Costco, grocery stores, restaurants all within a few minutes drive. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home that allows the amazing weather to flow through. All the creature comforts needed to unwind and relax after long days or even just stay in as if you’re on a stay-cation. My family and I could not have asked or received a better location in San Diego for our long stay. Thank you so much!

Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely time in San Diego. Anna is an exceptional host and made it so easy to be in communication with her. I accidentally left my baby monitor and she was so kind to look for and send it back to me. The home was so perfect and comfortable for our weekend stay. We loved using the backyard which had a great view. All the amenities were so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfectly located for us as we spent time in Balboa park, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla. We were traveling with my parents and kids. You pay for what you get…and the property is worth every cent! I hosted family and friends in celebration aboard the USS Midway (less than 20mins away). We had 6 adults stay overnight and the home was so well appointed, kitchen fully stocked, beds and linens top of the line, backyard absolutely perfect for hosting. Communication with our hosts was easy and clear. My only regret is not extending our stay.

Great place!

This place was amazing in so many ways. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, many nice touches including a bidet in both bathrooms, lots of outlets to plug electronics in, robe/slippers, chef level kitchen, etc. I would have given it a 5 except for the fact that we disagreed with the owner on an issue with the blinds. They were convinced we broke them so we ended up having to pay for the repair. I would recommend this place still, but be careful to check everything is functioning before you leave.
