About the worst experience I have every had - Parking lot very poorly designed making it hard to navigate the way too narrow ramps without damaging car, and signs regarding availability of parking were not conveniently placed and clear - the hundreds of damage marks showed that this problem was not limited to just a few people; additionally, on-site restaurant menu options were not varied enough nor appealing

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The check-out staff member was especially helpful and friendly, which we truly appreciated. The bar’s food selection was limited, but the staff member went out of her way to help us find something we could enjoy, which made a big difference after a long day. While the surrounding street may not appeal to everyone, the experience inside the hotel was positive.

Great staff and room was fine but parking was congested and we had an EV but there was someone charging in the spot the entire stay without a parking permit. Also the elevators weren’t working so had to walk up from basement after parking. No lotion or other amenities other than shower stuff. Really budget feel to it.

I was woken at 5 am telling me im making too much noise and tv is on loud. I didnt even have tv on. I complained at checkout and asked to speak to manager. 3 weeks later still waiting.

We didn’t eat breakfast, as our reservation said it was included but then when we arrived, it was a fee to have breakfast there. It’s misleading for families looking for a quick and easy breakfast before departure.

I was really disappointed with my check-in experience. I specifically paid extra in advance for a king bed, as I was staying with my partner and that was important to us. When we arrived, the front desk informed us that the only remaining king room had plumbing issues and we were being given two queens instead. While I understand that issues can happen, what was frustrating was that no alternative solution or accommodation was offered—no adjustment, no compensation, and no acknowledgment that we paid more for a room type we didn’t receive. We were left with no choice after a long day of travel. The stay itself was fine, but the lack of effort or customer service during check-in really impacted our experience.
