The property was too noise and it seems there is a elevator at night running from time to time, so loud and it keeps waking me up!

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a minha recente estadia no Lagos Andinos. A experiência ficou bem abaixo das minhas expectativas Primeiramente, as fotos do apartamento no site não condiziam com a realidade. O quarto que recebi estava em condições muito inferiores ao que foi exibido nas imagens. O ambiente estava mal cuidado, com sinais evidentes de mofo nas paredes, o que tornou a estadia desconfortável e preocupante para mim. Além disso, o quarto não era bem arejado e a iluminação era muito fraca, o que tornava o espaço ainda mais perturbador. A falta de ventilação adequada e a iluminação envolvente aumentaram a experiência ainda mais difícil.

Ótimo hotel. Quarto grande, confortável, asseado, atendentes prestativos, café da manhã muito bom. Excelente, de modo geral. O único problema é que não tem estacionamento, e vc paga cerca de US$ 30,00 por dia no estacionamento ao lado. Se for de carro, agregue esse valor ao custo diário.

Positivo do hotel : Localização Café da manhã Camas macias Equipe da limpeza e recepção são bem prestativos Pontos de melhorias: Não tem Estacionamento, para quem vai de carro muito difícil estacionar na rua . Café da manhã com copos e pratos mal lavados. Problemas de infraestrutura Chuveiro sai pouca água Porta do quarto: não abria, sistema automático não funcionava Elevador: Barulho a noite inteira , portas batem com força e não funciona sistema de segurança do fechamento da porta, fecha em cima das pessoas Quartos frente para rua são barulhentos Não tem ventilador , no verão é muito difícil aguentar o calor
