I really like the room and the breakfast and the lady that clean our room was very kind. I did not like the customer service provided at the reception the worst! when we arrived we asked if they have parking because last time we were there they did have it, they told us we had to leave the car at a public parking $25 per day charge, of course this was not good so the receptionist only told us if we did not like it he could cancel our reservation he was very rude and not emphatic at all

Lovely hotel in central Bariloche

Central hotel on a central street close to everything and about 20mins from the airport. Room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Hotel offers limited food in the restaurant and for room service - very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me book tours and the tour company is a few doors down.

This property is really in need of an update. You pay a "four star hotel" tax because the place has a restaurant and a pool. Then you go up one floor to the rooms and it's like you've gone back in time by 30 years. Filthy carpeting in the hallways, ripped up flooring in the rooms, no A/C, furniture straight from 1992. I couldn't leave my window open on a 90 degree day because I was on the 1st floor and people could just hop right in. The staff ignores you until you speak to them. And if you booked it because it said "parking" in the filter, they don't have any parking. You can unload your bags in the street out front. Other than that, the location is great!

Awful! Extremely poor internet, lumpy beds, run down, old old equipment in gym. The only positive thing about this hotel is that the breakfast was good. Lots of street noise and and horrible views. Very overpriced for this place .
