The room was very big and spacious, which was a plus. However, the bathroom was not very clean and could use better housekeeping. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and almost no protein—only cereal, bagels, and yogurt were available.

Pros: a large room, comfortable bed, and the night clerk who checked us in was very professional and personable. (She gave 5-star customer service and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The manager the next day informed us that the night clerk was a recent hire; she certainly is an asset to this hotel.) Cons: the elevator was rather noisy, shower drained slowly, and the only eggs at breakfast were hard boiled.

The hotel is nice. Tv didn’t have many available channels and there wasn’t the option for other apps to watch stuff but that didn’t ruin the experience. Breakfast is complimentary which is always nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did notice the shower curtain didn’t really keep the water in the tub so my floor was a bit soaked. I still recommend this place for a night to yourself.

My room was excellent, even with a few issues. Clean, comfortable, but there was rain collecting in a puddle outside my window (from the roof drain?), noisy enough to bother me and disturb my rest. I reported it, and by the next morning it was gone.

Room 209 was spacious! It’s fine for what it’s worth. I do wish they had hot breakfast and a working tv. We stayed 4 days and the maintenance guy didn’t come fix our tv. I did love that the digital key worked (: and it’s a plus for free parking!!
