Excellent front counter customer service. Nice hotel interior a d premise. The only issue is the $20 "incidentals" charge. I guess for parking in a non secure parking lot that the surrounding neighborhood can freely access parked vehicles, and is shared by 3 other hotels.

New Hotel, But Poor Service, Noisy and Hidden Fees

The Good: - Hotel is new and very clean. - Beds and sheets are comfortable, as expected from Courtyard. The Bad: - Undisclosed Parking Fee: $14 for self-parking in an open, unsupervised lot. Not mentioned online or during booking. - Check-in Issues: Receptionist (Lisa) was unwelcoming and appeared annoyed. She made check-in confusing even though I had a confirmed Hotels.com reservation. She also gave wrong breakfast info, told us it was open until 10 AM, but at 9 AM it was already closed for weekdays. - Billing Issue: Hotel charged me again three weeks after my stay. Waiting on refund. - Noise: Constant freeway noise, light sleepers beware. - Room Design Flaw: Bright blue light on a mirror stays on all night, no way to turn off or unplug it, making it hard to sleep.
