It was just what we were looking for; a clean, nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was super delicious. Definitely get the morning potatoes. Everything was great! Would stay again if back in the area.

Nice hotel. Clean. Beautiful pool. Some problems

We came to stay here because our power was shut off. We were charged extra money. Which I’m not sure what it was for. After a week still waiting for deposit return. The other part that was less than satisfactory was the elevator got stuck with people in it for about 20 minutes. The person at the front desk, who I’m sure was doing her best and I really don’t blame her, but the key to open it to let them out was difficult to find. It seemed like she was the only one working. We were hesitant to go in the free elevator but walked around for 10 minutes trying to find the stairs as there were no signs to find them. I also didn’t want to bother the employee as I could see they were desperate to help get the people out who were stuck. It was just disappointing that no one else was there to help the front desk and make it more streamlined as helping get guests upstairs or anything. I also didn’t like there was no signs leading to the stairs near the elevators. Now those things are a fluke and not a reason to not stay here. The pool was great and breakfast was satisfactory. Room was clean. Loved the curtains. I just hope they take action to make situations like that get better. Also it need to be clear you will be charged extra fees when you check in.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well kept. The parking lot is well lit. I lost my air pod. 3 days after checking out i spoke with Megan. She was extremely friendly and checked the lost and found as well as with the house keeping but did not locate my ear piece. She had the room i stayed in checked and located my ear piece. The stay was great! The staff is great! Megan went above and beyond!!!!!

The rooms had some maintenance issues and I let them know. The frig made noise all night. The breakfast was weird tasting. The housekeeping and restaurant staff nice. Hotel was very convenient. Some front desk staff were dismissive not necessary. The hotel was nice.
