This picturesque town of Gran Canaria has artisans dedicated to various disciplines (ceramics, looms, palm ...) and an agricultural market every Sunday of the week, being able to acquire fresh produce directly from those who till the land. In addition to the countless birds that fly over the area with their peculiar songs, the Tirajana basin, to the southwest of the island, provides a bright sun almost all year round.

Mainly, because there is no means of public transport that can make the journey between the nearest town (Santa Lucia de Tirajana) and the house itself. In addition, the property has a completely private parking to park the vehicle that is rented.

Due to the situation of the house, right in the center of Gran Canaria, there is the possibility of combining the more mountain activities with those that are more typical of the coast. This is due to the good road connections of the town of Santa Lucía, which makes it very easy to reach other points of the island's geography.
