Absolute dream location in San Agustin. The villa is approx. 155m2, has a private and heated pool (6x4m), its own garden and wonderful sea views. The beach of San Agustin is connected in a linear distance of 400m and offers a wide range of holiday options. The villa is equipped with fiber optic internet connection (WLAN) and leaves nothing to be desired. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room, dining room and private parking space are just a few of the lavish equipment details. The kitchen is also fully equipped and with the integrated seat lift, every comfort is also possible for wheelchair users or guests with walking difficulties. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with large (180x200) double beds. The guest room has a pull-out double bed (180x200).

Excellent Villa, new and clean, peaceful. Only disappointments, stair lift out of action for some time, plus hot tub turned off due to covid legislation, both items not mentioned on-line when booking, assumed available and lift was required. Pool cover handle snapped off, dangerously sharp, very difficult to rool the cover to open the pool.

Ein sonniger Rückzugsort

Ein sonniger Rückzugsort, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem konnten wir direkt vom Haus aus “autofrei” zum Strand laufen und herrliche Spaziergänge machen, aber auch im sehr schönen Außenbereich inklusive geheiztem Pool “ chillen”, dank super guten Internetseite sogar ein paar Stündchen arbeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir kennen Gran Canaria zwar, haben doch auch wieder schöne neue Orte entdeckt. Ein empfehlenswertes Domizil.

Not worth the price

We rented the house for three weeks and were 4 people and an infant.There were only sunbeams for three people. The promised jacuzzi did not work. A few closet were empty, in most spaces were the family's private possessions. In the kitchen there was a mixture of glasses, wine glasses were in mixed form and only three of each type, something the owner fixed after we pointed out the deficiency. The bedding and pillows were very worn and did not feel fresh. The feeling we got was that the important thing was that the rent came in, and not that we were comfortable in a house with a very high price.

Noch besser als erwartet…

Alles überragender Aspekt der Villa in San Agustin ist natürlich die Poolterrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Es handelt sich um Südwestlage, so dass man die Sonne fast den kompletten Tag genießen kann. Der Pool, abends wunderbar blau beleuchtet, hat uns (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) sehr viel Freude bereitet. Strand, Supermärkte und zahlreiche Restaurants (die Pizza im Il Vespino Vecchio ist absolut traumhaft, das haben wir leider erst am letzten Tag herausgefunden) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sogar zu den Dünen von Maspalomas kann man an der Strandpromenade entlang in etwa 90 Minuten laufen. Zur Not ist aber auch eine Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen nach Maspalomas und Las Palmas in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gehört auch ein Stellplatz für einen Miet-PKW zum Haus. Zu unserer Überraschung hatten wir auch noch einen professionellen Basketballkorb seitlich des Hauses, so dass wir tagsüber ein paar Körbe werfen konnten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Küche, Bad), vor allem sind mehr als ausreichend Badehandtücher vorhanden. Das WLAN ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt auch Spanisches Pay-TV (Movistar), alle deutschen Satellitensender und Netflix. Kleinere Wünsche unsererseits wurden von den Gastgebern zuvorkommend erfüllt, so dass wir die Woche absolut genießen konnten. Für uns steht fest, falls wir nochmal nach Gran Canaria (die Welt hat ja auch noch ein bisschen mehr zu bieten ;-)) kommen, dass wir wahnsinnig gerne wieder hier wohnen würden. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche an Familie Düllmann!!!

Schönes Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus liegt optimal und ruhig am Rand von San Agustin. Man kommt zu Fuß (bergab) in 10 Minuten zum Strand, ist mit dem Auto schnell in Mogan oder Las Palmas. Wir fanden die Lage ideal. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse. Die Wohn- und Schlafräume sind sehr ansprechend renoviert. Die Bäder sind älter aber alles ist super sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist der beheizte Pool, der immer auf ca. 29 Grad geheizt war. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter inkl. der Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Una estancia perfecta, todo en impecable condición, la propietaria vive en una casa a unos pocos metros. Vecindario muy tranquilo, zona alta con vistas, plaza de aparcamiento. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy recomendable.
