Manager Randy is horrible.
The manager Randy is a jerk. He has no leadership skills and poor customer service etiquette. He should not be in charge of anything if his poor attitude is the example he is showing his staff members. This man seems to have forgotten he is representing a company and could care less of the image and impression he is putting out to guests.

Next time we’ll opt for a floor with no loud pets. That’s the only inconvenience we had. So second floor is a family floor make sure if your traveling for work opt out for that floor.
