The OVO Network team’s opinion -

Spread over two levels, Chalet Trumont can accommodate up to 12 guests (including 10 adults) in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. This charming chalet combines modern comfort with the authentic character of a restored barn, complete with several separate living areas and a terrace with a relaxing hot tub.

The lower level is entirely dedicated to rest. It includes three double bedrooms, a twin room and a family room with a double bed and bunk beds for two children. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with WCs, while an additional shower room serves the other two.

The open-plan living room on the upper level has a cosy seating area, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area as well as several large windows which flood it with light. There are also glass doors which open onto the balcony. The impressive ceiling height and exposed beams give this area a very special character. A second lounge with a TV and a games room with table football, board games and an arcade machine offer plenty of options for entertainment.

Finally, a well-equipped ski storage room is very convenient after a day on the slopes, while four pairs of snowshoes provided by the owners invite you to explore the surrounding area.

The accommodation takes up the top two floors of the chalet, while the owners live in an independent apartment on the ground floor. They are always available to offer advice on the area and answer any questions.

Absolutely outstanding!

Chalet Trumont is absolutely outstanding. It is one of the best chalet stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully done and effortlessly comfortable. The chalet itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and finished to a very high standard, with cozy interiors and stunning views that make you instantly relax. The location is perfect: peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to get around easily for skiing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. After a full day out, coming back to the warmth and comfort of the chalet was a real treat. The hosts deserve special mention — incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive, with great local tips that made the stay even better. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable mountain getaway, Chalet Trumont is a fantastic choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would recommend it without reservation.

Le chalet Trumont est incroyablement spacieux ; chacun peut y trouver son bonheur : la convivialité de la pièce de vie, le calme du salon TV ou le fun de la salle de jeux. La décoration a été réalisée avec beaucoup de goût, et les vues sur les montagnes sont incroyables. Le chalet est bien situé, à distance raisonnable des télécabines (5 minutes en voiture), pour les amateurs de ski. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. Et enfin, les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extrême, toujours prêts à aider, et très réactifs à toutes les demandes.

Belle semaine !

Nous avons passé une belle semaine, quelques petits réglages pour que ce soit parfait. La pièce à vivre est très grande, très agréable, salle de TV à part, on a apprécié. Chambres spacieuses. A 5 min en voiture des pistes, vous avez le choix entre Vercland, Morillon ou Samoëns. Pour les marcheurs à 40 min à pied du village de Samoëns.
