Its our second time to stay at this hotel because of its great location. Had an issue with the bathroom, hot water and lack of in-room facilities. Informed staff & was transferred to another room. Still on our 3rd night and enjoying it so far. We didnt include breakfast with our room because the hotel is attached to a big shopping mall with a variety of restaurants & fastfood, depending on our cravings. Shopping mall is good enough for shopping and has a grocery store.

Very nice staff and very accomodating if there are issues such as if the shower is not heating they fix it immediately. Room is very clean and the bed is very nice and comfortable. Daily room cleaning is done with free bottled water. There is a king bed with very nice fluffy pillows and very nice sheets. Internet was a bit slow, but internet is slow in the Philippines anyways. Nice to have both Sky and Netflix. Aircon works well. Free breakfast was also very nice, though if you're staying longer like me, i had to change some parts of the food mens as i have some ingredients in food that i cannot have and they are also very accomodating of that. A little noisy as there's a bar in the compound, but this place is in the heart of the city so location is very convenient. Very Short walk to people's park. 24 hours reception is also nice as if you have any concerns overnight you can just call them. Overall a nice experience. Will stay again if im in the country. Highly recommended.

Eagle's Nest Beach Resort- Samal Island: Beach apartments with free WiFi and free parking.
Clean room. Nice staff and owner. Had yo figure out shower hot water controlled under kitchenette sink. Hostess was very nice end accommodating. She was also cook and good was good as well. Good for the price.!
