El piso es igual que en las fotos, está muy bien situado a 5minutos andando de playa y varios comercios. El dueño ha sido muy atento y ha estado a disposición durante toda la estancia. Repetiría sin duda.

Nice apartment close to main shopping and dining area

Safe and secure apartment with a bedroom for two and futon in kitchen/sitting room area. Apartment had air con and Kitchen has cooker , microwave and fridge freezer.. Only thing missing was a kettle but only because we are tea drinkers..(Local supermarket had one for a tenner so all good) nice view of PortAventura park coasters and Mountains in the distance.. Would stay again as it met our needs ..

Séjour décevant

Appartement bien situé proche des commerces et plages, seulement, plusieurs points négatifs pour cette location qui nous permettent de ne pas recommander cet appartement. Infesté de punaises de lit (au vu du nombre qu'il y avait il est évident qu'elles étaient là depuis un moment), clim non fonctionnelle, peut équipé, très mal isolé nous entendions tout comme si nous n'avions pas de porte, le ménage laissait à désirer également. De plus, il est très compliqué de trouver une place de parking autour de l'appartement. Enfin, le propriétaire déclarant qu'il ne savait pas pour les punaises de lit nous a renvoyé et n'a fait aucun geste en notre faveur (même après un recours avec Abritel, aucune réponse). De retour chez nous, peur de ramener des punaises de lit donc procédures couteuses et longues, des centaines de boutons sur le corps de la tête au pied en passant par le visage. Démangeaisons pendant des semaines suivant notre retour. Propriétaire peu empathique, désintéressé et n'a même pas daigné faire un geste en notre faveur par rapport à ce problème majeur. Cependant, concierge réactif et compréhensif. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.

Muy buena ubicación del apartamento, pero fallaban muchas cosas como limpieza y varias reparaciones. Si no hubiera sido por eso sería de 10 . Pero el dueño deja una a persona responsable solo para una limpieza de 1 hora entre un inquilino y otro sin reparar en nada más . Por lo demás repito que muy bien situado y comunicado

Apartamento justo para 3 noches

El apartamento está bien, pero necesita un repaso ya que está algo deteriorado. De menaje algo escaso, aunque a mí me valió ya que estuve 3 noches solo iba a dormir. El sofá cama es más pequeño de1'35 una vez abierto, lo comento ya que dormimos 2 adultos y quedaba muy estrecho (descanso mal).

Buen apartamento relación calidad precio

Todo bien en general el apartamento es cierto q tiene cierto desgaste pero para nosotros estuvo bien ya q solo era para dormir Durante el fin de semana notamos mucho ruido de coches y de locales nocturnos pero esto no es culpa del apartamento El propietario todo muy bien en comunicación y disposicion

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado para unas vacaciones y visita a PortAventura, pero esta un poco descuidado entiendo que debido al uso (muebles y camas desgastados, ducha rota y con escapes, sin casi utensilios de cocina ni vajilla, etc)

Des choses a revoir

La propreté laisse à désirer la poêle et casser en deux pour cuisiner c’était pas simple la plaque chauffe mal le lit et pas confortable et les vitres sont trop fine on attendait tout ce qui ce passer dehors alors la nuit impossible de dormir et les joints de la douche ne bloque pas l’eau alors le sol et mouillé après une douche. Sinon on et bien on et pas très loin de la plage et de tout les petit commerce et nous avons passé une bonne semaine même si on était fatigué a cause du bruit.

Die Wohnung war recht großzügig, in optimaler Lage zum Strand. Dünne Fenster erschweren das Schlafen am Wochenende durch nahegelegene Clubs. Englisch wird leider nicht gesprochen, jedoch Französisch und natürlich Spanisch.

No merece la pena. Vaya chasco!!

La cosa empezó mal y terminó peor. El anuncio lo pone una persona, pero se encarga de todo el conserje. No puedo opinar de la cocina, sofás, WiFi, terraza o piscina porque no los usé. Solo usé el apartamento para dormir y ducharnos, el resto del tiempo estuvimos en portaventura o Salou. El parking público de la foto es ZONA AZUL DE LUNES A DOMINGO. No entiendo tanta insistencia por parte del dueño en concretar la hora de la llegada, y cuando llego a la hora que le dije (20:30), el apartamento no estaba limpio según el conserje, porque la terraza estaba sucia de la lluvia. Media hora más tarde entramos por fin. ¿¿LA TERRAZA SOLO?? A ese apartamento le hacía falta limpiar algo más que la terraza y que lo reformasen los gemelos de la tele. La mampara de la ducha hace tiempo que no ve una limpieza a fondo. Cal y roña por el perfil de aluminio a más no poder, azulejos rotos, pelos pegados en la pared, el agua se sale al usarla y no había fregona, el techo oxidado... Y el termo..... TACHÁN!! está dentro del armario del dormitorio y GOTEA, por lo que había una garrafa de plástico y una toalla para "solucionarlo". También hace mucho tiempo que esa vitro no ve una cuchilla para quitar la mierda pegada, menos mal que no la usamos. El suelo de tarima está lleno de huecos de haberse movido las tablas y el embellecedor de unión con el baño estaba arrancado, lo que hace muy peligroso andar descalzo. Faltan cristales en los apliques de la pared, las puertas,... En fin, el apartarmento no está bien conservado y necesita una puesta a punto en condiciones. Tengo fotos de todo. Nos llevamos nuestras sábanas, toallas, incluso un estropajo y lavavajillas, por si acaso usábamos algo de la cocina, no fue el caso, ni siquiera un vaso al ver el resto. Pero la sorpresa llegó al volver de cenar, pues no había ni un rollo de papel higiénico. Yo no digo un paquete, pero 1 rollo... Las camas, una bien, pero la otra está hundida y hace muchísimo ruido. Todas estas "cosillas" las fuimos pasando porque apenas estábamos en el apartamento, y para 3 noches, nos daba igual. Pero llegó la hora de irnos y la gota colmó el vaso. Llamamos a los teléfonos que nos dio el dueño para devolver la llave sobre las 10 de la mañana. A uno de ellos (el conserje), no lo localizamos, tenía apagado el teléfono. El otro estaba en Miami Beach cuando le llamé (según me dijo). Así que llamé al dueño y me contestó... PERO A LAS 3 DE LA TARDE. Como para haber tenido algún problema!
