We requested an early check in and the staff went the extra mile to accommodate our request. The front desk team were very friendly, polite and attentive! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

I originally booked the Fairfield Inn, but since this was a special trip, I decided to upgrade based on the glowing reviews for Prestige Harbourfront Resort. I now seriously question whether those reviews are genuine, because our experience was completely different. Check-in was cold and unwelcoming. There was a plexiglass barrier at the front desk, which felt more like a budget motel than a resort. The front desk staff was unwilling to offer any helpful information. I had to ask about the gym, pool (which was closed), and e-bikes—none of it was explained voluntarily. When I asked for dining recommendations, I was told, “We have two high-end restaurants,” and was handed a map with no explanation. We paid extra for a balcony room to enjoy the view—but when we opened the door, we were hit by the strong odor of nearby trash bins. The smell was so bad we couldn’t even sit outside, making the extra cost feel like a complete waste. The hallways also had an unpleasant smell that make the hotel feel neglected. We tried dining at the on-site restaurant and waited over two hours for four cold hamburgers. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we were given the runaround with multiple “just five more minutes” excuses. Others around us left in frustration, and the staff showed no concern. This is not a resort experience. It’s overpriced, poorly run, and far from what it claims to be. I regret not staying at the newer Fairfield.

Fantastic location and comfortable rooms, I highly recommend a balcony room over the lake. Beautiful nature walks and the wharf nearby, and walkable to downtown shopping. The restaurant and pub at the hotel are great and also have patio seating overlooking the lake.

A nice surprise!

We do not remember booking the room we got-think we got upgraded but didn't know it till we walked into the room! What a wonderful surprise! Place was lovely and just a good experience.

Family visit

Travelling to Langley so a quick stop-over here. We have been to the hotel before and enjoyed or stay. Travelled with our pet, pet friendly room was great. Front dest staff excellent, she helped me get signed into the system. Very friendly staff.

The view we had from our room of the lake was absolutely FABULOUS!!!! I would highly recommend this place. We loved watching the birds. There is a lovely walkway there.

I stay at the Prestige because of its proximity to the Lakeside Manor where my mother has been living for the last several years. The place is clean, friendly and so very comfortable. The proximity to the lake and walking trail and downtown makes my stay effortless. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.❤️

There’s a boardwalk beside the lake and a pier to stroll on. It’s a bird sanctuary so lots to look at. The restaurant handled our gluten allergy easily. Check in was quick and efficient.
