Broken elevator

The hotel experience would have been better if the elevator had been working. My husband is an amputee and we were on the 4th floor which was not a big deal when we arrived because the elevator did work when we checked in but this morning was a different story and had to make several trips up and down the 4 flights of stairs.

Excellent desk attendant - Anthony. However, management not good. 1). Rude. 2). No housekeeping (not even for refilling toilet paper ) for three days. 3). Printer didn’t work; no ink refill on hand. 4). Poor lighting in room. 5). Unwilling to extend late check out even 30 minutes, even though hotel only has 25% occupancy.

They were very nice. The place was clean. The only thing that could have been different is the pool area could have been a little bit warmer.. otherwise, it's an excellent place to stay.

A little noisy.

Our room happened to be close to the gathering area and there was a noisy, talkative group there past 11pm. The next hotel stay will be on the second floor and away from the elevator.

Comfortable and peaceful.

Big room with dcomfortable bedding and a decent breakfast offered in morning. Perfect for business/ work accommodation. There is a fotness suite on site and very good for cardio and weights offered. Also comes with a pool which i didnt use. Hotel does come with lots of parking spaces. Town is small but peaceful and quiet. Overall a very pleasent stay.
