Cozy home with privacy fence, fire pit & garage!

Enjoy quick access to grocery stores, downtown, the mall or hospital and clinics from this centrally located Salina home. If you like to hike or mountain bike, Indian Rock & the Levee are only a 12 minute drive away. Or just unplug with a book, some cards or a board game. You may also park your vehicle in the attached garage or under the carport to keep it dry during those famous Kansas thunderstorms!

We took great care to provide things we have appreciated and things that were missing from our past travel experiences. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with free Disney Plus w/Hulu as well as charging stations for your devices and extra pillows and blankets. Crib/pack-n-play & high chair are available upon request. The kitchen is well-stocked for most of your cooking and baking needs - from baking pans to a rice cooker and crock pot! And please help yourself to the complimentary snacks on the living room coffee table, as well as the complimentary coffee packets and coffee condiments in the kitchen.

There will be plenty of propane in the tank to fire up the gas grill for a cookout in our fully fenced-in private backyard. After dinner, enjoy some s’mores around the fire pit. We’re happy to provide some firewood if you need it.

So Charming!

This house is an immaculate little gem! It has been beautifully updated, and it is truly charming, cozy, and well stocked. Location is so close to Harding, and I found everything I needed nearby. The hosts are quick to respond, check in and out is so.very.easy, and the tv is actually easy to use!!! If you are headed to Searcy, this is the one to book.

We had a very quick stay on our way west, and this was a much better alternative to a hotel. Room for the family to enjoy. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great, and the space was spotless and well furnished.

Clean, comfortable, perfect location

This property was located so close to everything we needed for our long weekend. So many restaurants to choose from, location to downtown shopping was just a few minutes drive. Upon entering the home the first thing I noticed was the decor. Beautiful and Simple, not cluttered. The house was very clean, the bed was soft and we slept like babies! Water pressure in the shower was top notch and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful! The backyard was private with a grill, my husband enjoyed sitting in the chairs catching some sunshine to his face! This place made our trip so much more enjoyable, knowing we had a nice place to come back to at the end of the day to relax and wind down.
