No one met us, we phoned the host, she said Expedia never contacted her, but she had a room for us. Three long flights of stairs to the room. Bathroom shower overflowed. The window in the bedroom had doors on it, very dark. Completely overpriced for what we got. We were so disappointed. We have never had a problem with any Expedia accommodations, except this one. Breakfast was cookies, old bread, cereal. No milk. Shared kitchen. The location was good Marie

It's in the middle of town with excellent access to beach promenade, restaurants, shopping etc. Parking is in a parking garage (additional cost) a few blocks away.
