Our stay at the Lloyd Hotel was even better than expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we truly enjoyed our stay. A special shout-out to Carmine at the concierge desk, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. This is one of my favorite hotels in Southern Italy, it’s definitely my favorite in Salerno. Some rooms are being renovated and I’ve stayed in both, the older ones are nice and the new ones are pretty cool! Magnificent location. Staff were very helpful and very professional. There was some ambiguity about our room booking. I thought we were getting a room with a balcony, but we only got a room with a window. Management said the class of room I booked included either a window or Juliet balcony or balcony, and that this info was made clear to Expedia before Expedia listed then on their site.
