The beds were great and comfortable. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The only thing i would change in the room is the seating. The chairs in our room didnt seem sturdy at all. We just sat on the beds. Everything else was great.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We choose hotels with free breakfast when we have the kids with us and they advertise that it ends at 10am. Well... It was 920am when we went to breakfast and they had already cleared all the hot food. I asked the front desk lady and she went back and grabbed eggs and bacon. This was nothing compared to what they had the day before. They had already cleared the burritos and potatoes. This was very disappointing and bad customer service.

Great location but staff was lacking this trip

Nice hotel and in a great area. Just felt this visit was a bit downhill from what we’ve experienced before. Booked the hot tub, showed up and they had given the key to someone else who said they had booked it. Staff obviously did not check the reservation book then asked the party in there to leave and they wouldn’t. Staff never took accountability for the mistake. Poorly handled. Next morning showed up for breakfast and the only thing there was fruit and muffins. Eggs were gone, no potatoes, one piece of bacon, and two pieces of bread. Only decaf coffee. And it was still about an hour and fifteen minutes before breakfast was over. Other showed and we all waited for over 10-15 minutes for them to bring out enough eggs for 2 people same with bacon. Another guest asked the front if that was all they were bring and her response was “I don’t know” overall staff did not impress this trip. It’s a big weekend with sports and parents weekend…should have probably had your a team working. Friday nights staff was great….Saturday and Sunday was lacking.

Hotel, is clean, rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable decor, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Amenities include a fitness center, hot tub that must be reserved, there’s also a restaurant with view of the Willamette river. I truly appreciate the convenience of the property having guest laundry that, which is a nice privilege. I hope it continues, however, some guests abuse the situation, by not “at the very least” removing the dryer filter lint, even better completely cleaning the lint filter and removing any leftover debris in the dryer drum. Another issue is the guests overfilling washers/dryers.

Hotel is clean and nice. However, we booked a king room with a river view and were not given that (see photos) or told. After we got to the room and realized, we asked and they told us all the king rooms were booked, offering no solution.

Very nice decor. Good location. Nice rooms. Great Hot Tub. The room I had was good, but for not having hardly any occupants they gave me a room with a view of the backside of downtown businesses… vs. any view of the river. Oh well I wasn’t interested in the view this time. But the restaurant “Territory” is what needs most attention. First to their menu. What they had was good… if you like chicken and pasta and hamburgers. NO fish dishes. I have eaten there in past years and was quite impressed with the selections. What they have now isn’t going to compete much with the restaurants within walking distance. The second thing was the free breakfast. Pretty blah… and par… not very hot. Motel 6 level I’d say. The OJ seemed a little watered. So would I stay again… yes… but unless the menu changes I’d expand into the town for meals.
