If the staff wasn't so nice it would be 1 star.

The staff was really kind and helpful. However, I had ants in my room and the TV didn't work. They told me most of the TV's don't work. I guess you get what you pay for?

After 4 years I continue to stay at the McMinnville Inn because of it's convenience to everything; shopping (even Thrift Shopping), the Hwy (in either direction), downtown McMinnville, and food choices, The McMinnville Inn has abundant parking, as well clean and spacious rooms.

This hotel should be called Motel with 2 stars. While outside is more-less ok, inside it is ... The room need TLC. The entrance door is beaten down. The 110V jacks need to be replaced. The carpet is dark brown, so the dirt would not be visible. The chairs are with dark spots. Should i continue?
