I checked in on October 11 for one night, one person. Immediately had a problem in accessing the room as the lock key in a form of the card didn’t work maybe made it back to reception got another key was told that yes they’ve been having problems in that department. Next morning, I discovered that the shower/tub faucet didn’t work. It just would not turn on. It was obvious that it was broken. Right away questions popped up: how could the housekeeper cleaning the bathroom not notice that she/he didn’t have the water available to clean the tub. Why wasn’t this problem reported to be repaired. I called the office and reported the problem. The young clerk was sorry. To solve the problem I asked for another room that I can go to and just take a shower without disturbing anything else in that room. Luckily, there was another room available. It was Sunday and by now due to this problem I missed a good part of a memorial service that I was in town for. I asked for reduction of rate and was told that this clerk was not able to do that without the managers approval. It being Sunday manager was not there. I was told by the desk clerk to leave my name and phone number and that he will relay what transpired and she, the manager will will get back to me. To be fair I waited for two weeks to allow management ample time to address my request. Well, nothing happened so I decided to post this review.

The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Very old, dingy and in need of updates. Uncomfortable pillows, towels are the thinnest I’ve ever seen.

We felt in danger here. The deadbolt didnt work. Neighborhood was sketchyThe room was large but very outdated. Walls very thin. A very gross place to stay. We will never stay here again.

Old but nice and clean!!!

I had to change rooms because the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop. There was no problem doing that. Both room were clean and spacious. There are no USB ports anywhere, but I always travel with my cube. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. The frying desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.
