Concept of self service check in is good, however when paying a premium for rooms and being told there is breakfast included and this isn’t even available and have no one to speak to, it’s a little disappointing.

Hi David. I'm glad you liked our self check-in kiosk. It works great for people like yourselves who arrive late. I'd love to say that we charge a premium for our rooms but unfortunately we're not even close to the premium prices being charged. We do aim to provide premium rooms and premium service though. As for breakfast, yes we do have a self-serve breakfast room next to our office with a big sign on the door. The room compendiums also explain about our breakfast room. We are also contactable 24hrs a day by telephone or by the intercom above the check-in kiosk. It's unfortunate for you were confused and didn't contact us at the time, as we would have been more than happy to help. Hopefully, with a good breakfast we may get a 5 out of 5 next time.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room, great location, staff were friendly. I hate shower curtains in a motel room, and hate the ‘shampoo and conditioner in 1’ squeeze bottles, both are just personal preferences and don’t affect the stay. Motel is on a pretty busy road so if you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind. Overall super happy with my stay, would recommend and would stay again!

Next time you stay with us, give one of our other room types a go. 16 of our 18 rooms have beautiful new bathrooms all without shower curtains or even doors. All modern "wet rooms"! Unfortunately the room you booked was our cheapest room and you weren't able to get the full Motel24seven experience.
