Outside, you'll find a large patio, spacious lawn, and beautifully landscaped gardens—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. For added convenience, the property includes a parking permit that allows you to park freely in Salcombe and surrounding areas, making day trips and beach visits hassle-free.
