Access to property was not well defined. Check in was terrible. I had booked a room with two queen beds for three adults, but was assigned a room with 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. We ended up with a room with two standard beds. The air conditioner was very difficult to control, making it hard to get a good sleep.

Like to be close to main highway. Don't like - door locks are broken. Toilet doesn't flush, must try several times to work. Checking in was problematic, they needed hard copy of conformation for booking. Night is not over yet...

Staff is exceptional. Very friendly and willing to help. Relatively clean, though there was some evidence of previous guest in my room. Hotel itself is quite dated—old fridge was so noisy I had to unplug to sleep. A/C very loud. Fan in bathroom very loud. Bathroom sink was clogged. Great parking, great area for pets.

Stay was good if u just wanted to sleep. Had to move the microwave as the plug did not reach the outlet. Staff or someone in the next room was talking at 3am. I banged on the wall and the talking stopped.
