Independent gîte, at the back of the owners' house, located in the heart of the Parc de Brière, near the marshes, on the Montoir/St Joachim departmental axis (30 m back from the road), 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule.
Another gîte on site (total capacity: 4 people).
Private parking on the property.
Private terrace facing West (50 m²).
Single storey: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Equipment included: wifi, complete baby equipment on request, washer-dryer, Tassimo pod coffee machine.
Included: sheets and towels/household linen.
Not included: electricity, electric heating (7.50€/day), end-of-stay cleaning (50€) and tourist tax.
